Where did you hear about the Omaze Million Pound House Draw?
I saw your advert on TV and that's when I saw the Devon house. I thought, ‘we’ve not been on holiday for two years. How lovely it would be to have somewhere lovely to go! And then I saw the car and I was like, ‘oh, my husband’s 50th birthday’s coming up…wouldn’t that be amazing!’
How do you feel about winning such a big prize?
Oh my god it’s amazing! I can’t believe this! This is just so surreal! It's crazy!
I’m gobsmacked! Shocked! I don’t think my husband will believe me!
What tempted you to enter the Omaze Million Pound House Draw?
When I saw the House Draw on the TV during lockdown, it was my husband’s 50th birthday coming up. And for a little moment, I just gave myself the chance to imagine what it would be like to give him the most amazing birthday present. So that's the reason why I decided to buy some tickets. That, and it’s a great cause, obviously.
