Win a Porsche Macan GTS

Porsche is famous for its spectacular sports cars, but the Macan SUV is actually its most popular model. It’s not hard to see why: it’s practical, as any SUV should be, but this sports utility vehicle is also shot through with Porsche DNA, meaning it’s fantastic to drive. It’s the exception to the rule which says 4x4s can’t be fun—and better yet, this is the range-topping, high-performance GTS model.

Want to win a brand-new Porsche Macan GTS, worth over £80,000? For your chance to win a Luxurious House in Scotland and this fantastic Porsche SUV, enter the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Scotland, by Sunday 15th October.

The already sporty Macan SUV is turned into the GTS performance model courtesy of a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, which produces 440PS, and 550Nm of torque from 1900-5600rpm. That means 0-60mph in well under five seconds.

There’s also unique body styling, a switchable sports exhaust with quad tailpipes, a GTS-specific chassis, bigger brakes, and lovely 21-inch wheels.

It feels equally special inside, with a heated steering wheel lifted straight out of Porsche’s iconic 911 sports car, plus a unique GTS interior. A clever ‘drive mode’ dial on the steering wheel lets you alter the dynamic characteristics of the Macan, and you can take manual control of the seven-speed automatic gearbox via the steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.

However, this Porsche isn’t purely a performance SUV. Four-wheel drive, adaptive air suspension, and adaptive dampers with Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus modes, ensure the Macan GTS blends maximum comfort with dynamic performance.

This Macan GTS is truly luxurious as well. Up front are heated GTS Sports Seats with eight-way electric adjustment, and wherever you sit, you’ll be under one of the twin glass panels that make up the panoramic roof. We’ve optioned in extra leather, too, plus contrasting Carmine Red stitching and seatbelts, and a sporty Carmine Red rev counter.

Then there is the three-zone climate control, heated outer rear seats, a 3D ‘surround view’ camera set-up, every single assistance system that could be specified, and a BOSE® surround sound hi-fi with 14 loudspeakers for a total output of 665 watts.

That’s not all, because the little details matter too. On the outside, the scalloped sideblades, which run the length of the doors, are matt black, with gloss black ‘GTS’ logos, to provide a subtle contrast to the Volcano Grey metallic paint. Open a door, and ‘puddle lights’ project a white illuminated ‘PORSCHE’ logo onto the ground, too.

To complement the high-gloss black 21-inch GT Design wheels, the ‘PORSCHE’ and ‘Macan’ logos at the rear, along with the aluminium roof rails, are all high-gloss black. And inside, the dashboard and door trims are optioned in high-gloss black, as are the illuminated door sill guards. The sporting intent remains clear, but with a sophisticated and understated twist.

All in all, the Porsche Macan GTS is quite a car, and with over £13k of options, this one is extra special. So what are you waiting for? Enter the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Scotland, by Sunday 15th October, and it could be yours. And that’s not all. You’ll also have the chance to win a Luxurious House in Scotland, along with £100,000 cash. The best part? You’ll be supporting Breast Cancer Now.
