London House Experience Rules – UK

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

Winners:

A total of two thousand and twenty-seven (2027) prize winners (the “Winners” and each a “Winner”).

Promoter:

Omaze, Inc. (referred to herein as “Omaze”)

Eligibility:
Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Promotion. You can only enter this Promotion via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over and are a legal resident in the United Kingdom.

Entry Period:

The Grand Prize Promotion will be conducted as five (5) periodic prize draws with separate entry periods (Grand Prize Entry Periods), drawing schedules (Drawings) and prizes (Prizes) as set forth in Table 1 below.

All entries to the Grand Prize Promotion received during the Grand Prize Draw Periods will be automatically entered into all applicable Drawings for the Grand Prize Promotion.

The Weekly Cash Prize Promotion will be conducted as twenty two (22) periodic prize draws with separate entry periods (Weekly Cash Prize Draw Periods), Drawings and Prizes as set forth in Table 2 below.

All entries to the Weekly Cash Prize Promotion received during the Weekly Cash Prize Draw Periods will be automatically entered into all applicable Drawings for the Weekly Cash Prize Promotion.

The Flash Draw Promotions will be conducted as a limited number of short-term prize draws with separate entry periods (Flash Draw Periods). The opening and closing dates for each Flash Draw Promotion (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries), and the Prize(s) available (including prize descriptions and any applicable restrictions), will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each Flash Draw Promotion.

All entries to the Flash Draw Promotions received during the Flash Draw Periods will be automatically entered into the applicable Drawing for the Flash Draw Promotion.

How to Enter:

Visit the Omaze.co.uk (the “Website”) to utilize any of our methods of entry. All entries must be received before the Entry Period end time/date to be valid. See our Official Rules for more details.

Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this promotion, regardless of the method of entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and before the Draw Deadline. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must timely respond in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules.

Confirmation & Verification Process:

Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules.

Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced on or around the [Friday following the relevant Drawings], or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received on or before the Draw Deadline.

Prize Provider:

Omaze, Inc. ("Prize Provider").

Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedule above.

1. Grand Prize Promotion: Grand Prize Drawing

Grand Prize: The grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) shall consist of the advertised property described below.

The Grand Prize consists of (i) the home located in Fulham, London (the Property) (including home furnishings, with the exception of all artwork on the walls) (approximate retail value (ARV): £3,000,000) and (ii) £10,000 for first year running costs associated with the Property. Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the winner of the Grand Prize in relation to their acceptance and use of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax (estimate £270,000); reasonable conveyancers fees (estimated £5,000).

The specifics of all elements of the Grand Prize in the Promotion shall be solely determined by Promoter. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. The Grand Prize winner will be eligible to win multiple Prizes in the Grand Prize Promotion (for example, the London House and the Jaguar F-Type) but will not be eligible to win any other grand prize or main prize (determined by the Promoter, acting reasonably) of any other campaign or promotion at omaze.co.uk (Site) for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date that the winner is notified that they have won the Grand Prize.

Additional Grand Prizes: Two thousand and one (2,001) additional prizes (Additional Grand Prizes) will be awarded in this Promotion, and thus two thousand, and one (2,001) additional winners will be chosen after the Grand Prize has been awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

The following Additional Grand Prizes shall also be awarded in the Grand Prize Drawing in the order in which such winners are selected after the Grand Prize winner:

1. Ten (10) Gift Cards, ARV: £250 each
2. One thousand nine hundred and ninety-one (1,991) Gift Cards, ARV: £10 each

1. Grand Prize Promotion: Early Bird Prize Drawings

Early Bird Prize 1: The following prize shall be awarded to one winner: a £10,000 Tech Hamper to include the items listed below; (ARV £10,000).

Early Bird Prize 3: The following prize shall be awarded to one winner: one (1) 2020 model year Jaguar F-Type Coupe vehicle (ARV £54,510).

Early Bird Prize 4: The following prize shall be awarded to one winner: one (1) 2020 model year Volkswagen California Ocean vehicle (ARV £63,817).

1. Weekly Cash Prize Promotion: Drawings

For each weekly Drawing outlined above, one winner will receive £1,000 in a cash payment.

1. Flash Draw Promotions: Drawings

For each Flash Draw Promotion Drawing, the Prize(s) available will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each Flash Draw Promotion, including prize descriptions and any applicable restrictions.

Fundraising Transparency

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Promotion (an Entry Fee), we will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a Donation) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. Net Proceeds means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Promotion. We do not deduct our salaries or central overheads from the Donations. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw Promotion, all Donations will be passed on to The British Heart Foundation (Charity) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
