National Heart Month 2021 Experience Rules – UK
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.
WINNERS:
A total of one (1) prize winner (the “Winner”).
PROMOTER:
Omaze, Inc. (referred to herein as “Omaze”)
ELIGIBILITY:
Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Promotion. You can only enter this Promotion via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over and are a legal resident in the United Kingdom.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The National Heart Month Promotion will be conducted as one (1) prize draw with entry periods (National Heart Month Promotion Entry Periods), drawing schedules (Drawings) and prizes (Prizes) outlined in Table 1 below.
All entries to the Grand Prize Promotion received during the Grand Prize Draw Periods will be automatically entered into all applicable Drawings for the Grand Prize Promotion.
HOW TO ENTER:
Visit the Omaze.co.uk (the “Website”) to utilize any of our methods of entry to enter the London House Experience. All entries must be received before the Entry Period end time/date to be valid. The only method of entry into this Experience is through participation in the London House Experience. All Participants in the London House Experience will receive the same number of entries into this Experience. See our Official Rules for more details.
ENTRY LIMIT:
There is no entry limit in this promotion, regardless of the method of entry.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and before the Draw Deadline. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must timely respond in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules.
CONFIRMATION & VERIFICATION PROCESS:
Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules.
WINNER ANNOUNCED:
Winner will be announced on or around Friday March 12th, 2021, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received on or before the Draw Deadline.
PRIZE PROVIDER:
Omaze, Inc. ("Prize Provider").
PRIZE DETAILS:
The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedule above.
(A) National Heart Month Promotion Prize Drawing
Prize: £2,500 cash and a £2,500 donation made to the British Heart Foundation in the name of the winner.
FUNDRAISING TRANSPARENCY
If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Promotion (an Entry Fee), we will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a Donation) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. Net Proceeds means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Promotion. We do not deduct our salaries or central overheads from the Donations. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw Promotion, all Donations will be passed on to The British Heart Foundation (Charity) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
