When a child feels like they have no one to turn to, it’s vital that Childline is there for them, particularly at this difficult time. Children who were struggling before the pandemic, are finding things even more difficult now. So many don’t have anyone they can talk to at home.

That’s why it’s so important that Childline is there for children throughout this crisis and beyond. A conversation with Childline can give a voice to those who are suffering in silence. And the right support at the right time can be life-changing.

You can help the NSPCC’s Childline answer more calls and change more lives when you enter the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Devon, because we’ll be donating 80% of the net proceeds to this incredible charity.

“Childline is a safe place for desperate children to turn to. Our counsellors are here to listen, to reassure, and to protect them. And for a child who has no one else to talk to, it can be life-changing – even life-saving.

On average, a child contacts Childline every 25 seconds. Sadly, right now, Childline can only answer two out of every three calls it receives. But you can help to change that.

We rely on generous donations and fundraising. That’s why the support of partners like Omaze is crucial in ensuring our dedicated volunteers and staff can answer the calls and online contacts from children who need our help.

You can help Childline counsellors be there – ready to help children, no matter what difficulties they’re facing, to give them hope and support, no matter how alone they feel.”
