About Subscriptions
Ben Pott always entered the Omaze Million Pound House Draw for the chance to win life-changing prizes and support great causes. But for the Ascot House Draw, it slipped his mind. Luckily for Ben, his wife Becca remembered and on Friday 4th February 2022, team Omaze knocked on their door and changed their lives forever by letting them know they’d won an incredible house just an hour from London worth over £3,500,000. Here at Omaze HQ, it got us thinking about how we can make sure the members of our loyal community never miss a draw because you’ve got to be in it to win it.

When there are two draws running at the same time, which charity partner am I supporting?
Both! Your £20 subscription fee will be split evenly between both draws, impacting both our charity partners.
Why do I get 75 entries some months and 150 entries other months?
Our subscription model promises 75 entries for £20 per month. But… sometimes we have two draws running at the same time. We wanted to make sure our subscribers have a chance to enter both, so we give you 75 entries into both house draws. That’s 150 entries for £20. Subscribing is a great way to increase your chances of winning and increase your impact for our charity partners.
Do my entries count towards Early Bird Prizes?
Yes! Your entries are just like any other entries into our House Draws. Every entry gives you another chance to win our Early Bird Prizes, our Gift Card Prizes and the Grand Prize at the end of the draw. The benefit of subscriptions is that you don’t need to remember to enter the draws early, so you have a chance at winning every available prize from the date you sign up for every draw. It’s as simple as that!
Can I cancel instantly?
Yes! Simply login to your account and click Cancel Subscription, and next month you won’t be charged. Fancy a break instead of cancelling? Simply click Skip a Month.
Will I lose my entries if I cancel my subscription?
No. You will keep all your entries up to the date you have cancelled and they will be treated the same as any other entry.
Will I receive an Entry Code every month?
Yes. For every 75 entries you receive each month, you’ll get an entry code.
Where can I find my Entry Code?
Every month you will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been renewed. This email will contain your new Entry Code.
Can I still benefit from special offers?
Absolutely! You’ll still have access to the offers sent out on our emails. And keep your eyes peeled for some special subscriber-only offers too!
When am I charged every month?
When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll be billed straight away. In return, you’ll receive entries into each Grand-Prize Prize Draw and each Secondary Prize Draw (Prize Draws) which is (i) available at that time or (ii) launched before your next subscription renewal date. For future months, your subscription renewal will be charged on the 1st of every month.
If you sign up for a subscription after 23:59:59 PM on the 27th day of any given month, you will be given the choice to either renew your subscription on the 1st day of the next month (i.e. month 2) or to skip a renewal payment and renew on the 1st day of the following month (month 3).
- If you choose to renew in month 2, in return you will be given the corresponding number of extra entries into all Prize Draws available on the Website on the 1st day of Month 2 in addition to entries into all Prize Draws launched up until the date of your next subscription renewal.
- If you choose to skip the month 2 renewal payment and renew in month 3, you will not be given extra entries into Prize Draws available on the Website on the 1st day of Month 2 but you will still be given entries into all Prize Draws launched on the Website up until the date of your next subscription renewal.
Am I allowed to make single purchases while being a subscriber?
Absolutely! You’re always welcome to buy more entries on top of your subscription to increase your chances of winning but please only spend what you can afford.
What happens if my renewal fails?
If your renewal fails, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to rectify the problem. As soon as the problem is resolved, you’ll receive the 75 entries for all the House Draws available in that month. You’ll then continue to receive 75 entries on the 1st of every month as before.
Can I have more than one subscription at the same time?
Yes you can.
Do I need an active account to be a subscriber?
No. You don’t have to have an account but it does make it a lot easier to access and view all your Entry Codes in one place, so we recommend it.
