Win:Win Hunt Terms

  1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the “Win Win Hunt” promotion (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is promoted through Omaze’s official social media channels, currently expected to include Instagram and TikTok at www.facebook.com/omazeuk, www.tiktok.com/omazeuk and www.instagram.com/omazeuk (the “Social Channels”).
  2. Promoter The promotion is run by Omaze UK Limited, company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 12056935, whose registered office is 3rd Floor 1 Ashley Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA14 2DT (“Omaze”).
  3. Promotion period The Promotion will run on 27th October 2026 between 10am and the earlier of 6pm or when all boxes are validly claimed (the “Promotion Period”). Clues and updates may be released during the Promotion Period at times chosen by Omaze.
  4. Eligibility The Promotion is open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees, officers and agents of Omaze or its group companies, anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. You may be required to produce proof of age if you are a winner in order to claim your prize.
  5. No purchase necessary No purchase or payment is required to participate. Following, liking, sharing, tagging or commenting on a Social Channel post is not required to claim a prize unless a particular post expressly states otherwise.
  6. How to participate. During the Promotion Period, Omaze will hide 5 house-shaped money boxes in publicly accessible locations within Cirencester. Participants may use the clues and updates published on the Social Channels to locate a box. To participate, a person must find one of the five boxes and follow the claim process in clause 8. Participants must not trespass, damage property, obstruct members of the public, enter unsafe areas, break locks, interfere with a box, or put themselves or anyone else at risk.
  7. Prizes. There are 5 prizes in total: 4 yellow house-shaped money boxes each containing a prize of £250, and one golden house-shaped money box containing a prize of £1,000 (the “Golden Prize”). The person who validly claims the Golden Prize will also be able to nominate a charity of their choice to receive a donation of £1,000 from Omaze. Omaze reserves the right to verify the charity and request that the winner select an alternative charity.
  8. Claim process and verification Once a box has been found, to claim the prize the finder must meet the Omaze representative at the location given on the box or on the Social Channels. Omaze will request proof of ID and age prior to awarding the prize. No prize will be awarded to any person who is not eligible or who otherwise does not comply with these terms. Only one prize may be claimed per person.
  9. Prize restrictions Prizes cannot be awarded to anyone under 18 and are non-transferable.
  10. Publicity and filming Omaze may invite a winner to take part in filming, photography or an interview for promotional content. Participation in publicity is optional and will not affect eligibility for or receipt of a prize. Any use of a participant’s name, image, voice or content will be subject to separate consent and/or terms provided by Omaze. We also reserve the right to do background checks to verify the winners’ identity.
  11. Social media platforms The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform. Participants release those platforms from any responsibility in relation to the Promotion. Information provided by participants is provided to Omaze, not to Instagram or TikTok, subject to Omaze’s Privacy Notice.
  12. Personal data Omaze will process personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying claims, fulfilling prizes, handling enquiries and, where separately consented to, publicity. Further information is available in Omaze Privacy Notice. Omaze will not use a participant’s data for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis and, where required, consent.
  13. Limitation of liability and safety Participants take part at their own risk and must comply with all applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omaze will not be responsible for loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  14. Changes, suspension or cancellation Omaze reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, or amend these terms, where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, safety concerns, fraud, technical problems or legal or regulatory requirements. Omaze will take reasonable steps to minimise any unfair impact on participants and will communicate material changes through the Social Channels where practicable.
  15. General If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force. Omaze’s decision regarding the operation of the Promotion and validity of claims is final. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
