Cotswolds House Experience Rules – UK

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

Winners:

A total of two thousand and sixty-three (2063) prize winners (the “Winners” and each a “Winner”).

Promoter:

Omaze, Inc. (referred to herein as “Omaze”)

Eligibility:
Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Promotion. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in the Official Rules, you can only enter this Promotion via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom, and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 1(A) of the Official Rules).

Entry Period:

The Grand Prize Promotion will be conducted as seven (7) periodic prize draws with separate entry periods (Grand Prize Entry Periods), drawing schedules (Drawings) and prizes (Prizes) as set forth in Table 1 below.

All entries to the Grand Prize Promotion received during the Grand Prize Draw Periods will be automatically entered into all applicable Drawings for the Grand Prize Promotion.

The Weekly Cash Prize Promotion will be conducted as fifteen (15) periodic prize draws with separate entry periods (“Weekly Cash Prize Entry Periods”), Drawings and Prizes as set forth in Table 2 below. All Weekly Cash Prize Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Weekly Cash Prize Entry Period. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

All entries to the Weekly Cash Prize Promotion received during the Weekly Cash Prize Entry Periods will be automatically entered into all applicable Drawings for the Weekly Cash Prize Promotion.

The Flash Draw Promotions will be conducted as a limited number of short-term prize draws with separate entry periods (“Flash Draw Entry Periods”). The Flash Draw Entry Periods (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries), and the Prize(s) available (including prize descriptions and any applicable restrictions), will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each Flash Draw Promotion. All Flash Draw Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Flash Prize Entry Period. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

All entries to the Flash Draw Promotions received during the Flash Draw Periods will be automatically entered into the applicable Drawing for the Flash Draw Promotion.

How to Enter:

Visit the Omaze.co.uk (the “Website”) to utilize any of our methods of entry. All entries must be received before the Entry Period end time/date to be valid. All Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Entry Period. Omaze is the official timekeeper. See our Official Rules for more details.

Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this promotion, regardless of the method of entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must respond within 96 hours of the winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules.

Confirmation & Verification Process:

Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules.

Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced on or around the Friday following the relevant Drawings, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Prize Details:

Grand Prize: The grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) shall consist of the advertised property described below.

Grand Prize Promotion: Grand Prize Drawing

Grand Prize: The grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) shall consist of the advertised property described below.

The Grand Prize consists of (i) the home located in Oxfordshire (the Property) (approximate retail value (ARV): £2,800,000) including home furnishings (approximate retail value (ARV): £130,000) (ii) £10,000 for first year running costs associated with the Property and (iii) £20,000 for the first two years gardening costs. Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the winner of the Grand Prize in relation to their acceptance and use of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax (estimate £250,000); reasonable conveyancers fees (estimated £5,000).

The specifics of all elements of the Grand Prize in the Promotion shall be solely determined by Promoter. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. The Grand Prize winner will be eligible to win multiple Prizes in the Grand Prize Promotion (for example, the Cotswolds House and the Range Rover Sport HSE). Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 1(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, the Grand Prize winner will also be eligible to win any other grand prize or main prize (determined by the Promoter, acting reasonably) of any other campaign or promotion at omaze.co.uk (Site), and the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 1(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Grand Prize winner of this Promotion.

Additional Grand Prizes: Two thousand and forty-one (2,041) additional prizes (Additional Grand Prizes) will be awarded in this Promotion, and thus two thousand, and one (2,041) additional winners will be chosen after the Grand Prize has been awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

The following Additional Grand Prizes shall also be awarded in the Grand Prize Drawing in the order in which such winners are selected after the Grand Prize winner:

Ten (10) Gift Cards, ARV: £500 each
Forty (40) Gift Cards, ARV: £250 each
One thousand nine hundred and ninety-one (1,991) Gift Cards, ARV: £10 each

Grand Prize Promotion: Early Bird Prize Drawings

Early Bird Prize 1: The following prize shall be awarded to one (1) winner: one (1) 2021 model year Mercedes C 200 AMG Line Edition Coupé (ARV £40,790).

Early Bird Prize 2: The following prize shall be awarded to one (1) winner: a £20,000 Tech Hamper to include the items listed below; (ARV £20,000).

Early Bird Prize 3: The following prize shall be awarded to one (1) winner: one (1) 2021 model year Aston Martin Vantage Coupé (ARV £148,000).

Early Bird Prize 4: The following prize shall be awarded to one (1) winner: one (1) 2021 model year Audi RS 6 Avant 600 PS Tiptronic (ARV £105,000).

Early Bird Prize 5: The following prize shall be awarded to one (1) winner: one (1) 2021 model year Audi RS 6 Avant 600 PS Tiptronic (ARV £105,000).

Early Bird Prize 6: The following prize shall be awarded to one (1) winner: one (1) 2021.5 model year RANGE ROVER SPORT HSE D300 (3.0D 300HP) AWD Auto HSE Dynamic Black (ARV £80,875).

Weekly Cash Prize Promotion: Drawings

For each weekly Drawing outlined above, one (1) winner will receive £1,000 in a cash payment.

Flash Draw Promotions: Drawings

For each Flash Draw Promotion Drawing, the Prize(s) available will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each Flash Draw Promotion, including prize descriptions and any applicable restrictions.

Fundraising Transparency

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Promotion (an Entry Fee), we will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a Donation) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. Net Proceeds means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Promotion. We do not deduct our salaries or central overheads from the Donations. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw- Cotswolds Promotion, all Donations will be passed on to The Prince’s Trust (Charity) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
