The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity Promotion 2021 Experience Rules –UK

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

1 .Winners:

A total of one (1) prize winner (the “Winner”).

2. Promoter:

Omaze, Inc. (referred to herein as “Omaze”)

3. Eligibility:

Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Promotion. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in the Official Rules, you can only enter this Promotion via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom, and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 1(A) of the Official Rules).

4. Entry Period:

The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity Promotion 2021 will be conducted as one(1) prize draw with entry periods (The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity Promotion 2021 Entry Periods), drawing schedules (Drawings) and prizes (Prizes) outlinedin Table 1 below.

All entries to the Grand Prize Promotion received during the Grand Prize Draw Periods will be automatically entered into all applicable Drawings for the Grand Prize Promotion.

5. How to Enter:

Visit the Omaze.co.uk (the “Website”) to utilize any of our methods of entry to enter the Wimbledon House Experience. All entries must be received before the Entry Period end time/date to be valid. The only method of entry into this Experience is through participation in the Wimbledon House Experience. All Participants in the Wimbledon House Experience will receive the same number of entries into this Experience. See our Official Rules for more details.

6. Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Promotion, regardless of the method of entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Confirmation & Verification Process:

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 5 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Omaze, Inc. ("Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedule above.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity Entry Promotion 2021 Prize Drawing
Prize: £2,500 cash and a £2,500 donation made to The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity in the name of the winner.

Fundraising Transparency:

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Promotion (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. “Net Proceeds” means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Promotion. We do not deduct our salaries or central overheads from the Donations. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw- Wimbledon Promotion, all Donations will be passed on to The Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (a registered charity in England and Wales (1160024)) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules
