Experience Rules - London II

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

Promoter updated these Experience Rules on 22 February 2023 to include Additional Secondary Prizes – World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 5. Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for the World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 5 provided in Section 4, Table 2, below, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 5.

1. WINNERS:

One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in connection with the Grand-Prize Prize Draw (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

Up to one hundred eighty thousand and four (180,004) secondary prize winners (each a “Secondary Prize Winner” and collectively the “Secondary Prize Winners”) in connection with the Secondary Prize Draws (as defined in Section 5(B) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

The Grand Prize Winner and the Secondary Prize Winners shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Winner” and collectively as the “Winners.”

2. PROMOTER:
Omaze UK Limited (referred to herein as “Omaze” or “Promoter”)

3. ELIGIBILITY:
Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom, and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules). IN ADDITION TO ANY OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES AND THESE EXPERIENCE RULES, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE, EACH WINNER OF A BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND A WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE (AS SUCH TERMS ARE DEFINED IN SECTION 10(b)(ii) and (iii)) BELOW), MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK USER ACCOUNT (THE “ACCOUNT”). IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE.

For this Prize Draw, to be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Secondary Prize Draw – “Big Dreamer Gift Card Drawings”, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(B) of the Official Rules) must: (a) fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; and (b) either: (i) enter into the Grand-Prize Prize Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period; or (ii) enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period via the paid method of entry on Omaze.co.uk as the Participant’s first transaction on Omaze.co.uk.

The Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winners may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in this Prize Draw. For example, a Winner could win the Grand Prize and any other Secondary Prize and/or a Winner could win multiple Secondary Prizes (See Section 10, below for Prize details and descriptions). In addition, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, individuals who have won any other grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk within eighteen (18) months before the date of entry into this Prize Draw may be eligible to enter or win any Prize in this Prize Draw, even if such individual won a grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk. The Grand Prize Winner will also be eligible to win any other prize of any other Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk, and solely for the Prize Draws on the Omaze.co.uk site, the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Grand Prize Winner of this Prize Draw for other Prize Draws on Omaze.co.uk.

4. DEADLINE TO ENTER / ENTRY PERIOD:

This Prize Draw includes a Grand-Prize Prize Draw and various Secondary Prize Draws, which will be conducted by various prize draws (each a “Drawing”) for the prizes (each a “Prize”) identified in Tables 1 and 2, below. The Grand-Prize Prize Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 1, below (the “Grand Prize Entry Period”). The Secondary Prize Draws shall include the following: (a) Early Bird Prize Draws(s), (b) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize Draw(s), (c) World Changer Gift Card Prize Draw(s), and (d) any other Secondary Prize Draw detailed within Table 2, below. The Secondary Prize Draws shall be conducted as fourteen (14) Drawings with entry periods for one hundred eighty thousand and four (180,004) Prizes identified in Table 2, below (each a “Secondary Prize Entry Period”). The Grand Prize Entry Period and the Secondary Prize Entry Periods detailed in Tables 1 and 2 below will each end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for online entries and at 5:00:00 PM (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for postal entries. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

Promoter may add additional Secondary Prizes within the Secondary Prize Draw from time-to-time (each an “Additional Secondary Prize”).

Each Additional Secondary Prize will have a separate Secondary Prize Entry Period (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries) with a separate Drawing. The prize descriptions, any applicable restrictions, and the Secondary Prize Entry Period for each Additional Secondary Prize will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each such Additional Secondary Prize. Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for an Additional Secondary Prize, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the applicable Additional Secondary Prize.

5. HOW TO ENTER:
Visit Omaze.co.uk to utilise any of our methods of entry to enter this Prize Draw. For postal entries, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - London II House Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW. All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before the applicable Entry Period end time/date to be valid. All online Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period, and all postal Entry Periods will end at 5:00:00 PM (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period. Omaze is the official timekeeper. See our Official Rules for more details.

To enter a Secondary Prize Draw in this Prize Draw, individuals must enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during an applicable Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period identified in Section 4, Table 2, above, using any method of entry. All Participants who enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during an applicable Secondary Prize Prize Draw Entry Period will automatically receive the same number of entries into such Secondary Prize Prize Draw as the number of valid entries they received for the Grand Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Secondary Prize Entry Period, up to the Secondary Prize Prize Draw’s entry limit, as applicable.

6. ENTRY LIMIT:
There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATIONS, CONFIRMATION & VERIFICATION PROCESS:
On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) for the Grand Prize Prize Draw and Early Bird Prize Draws will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winner(s) for the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize Drawings and the World Changer Gift Card Prize Drawing will be notified via email and must accept their Prize within ninety (90) days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

8. WINNER ANNOUNCED:
Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. PRIZE PROVIDER:
Omaze, including any of its affiliates, and any other prize provider expressly named herein (each a "Prize Provider").

10. PRIZE DETAILS:
The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedules in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

1. Grand Prize Prize Draw - Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) the home advertised and described on the Prize Draw webpage here, which is located in London (the “Property”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): £3,150,000 GBP); (ii) the Property’s home furnishings (ARV: £170,000.00 GBP); and (iii) £100,000.00 GBP for running costs associated with the Property ((i) - (iii) collectively the “Grand Prize”). Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the winner of the Grand Prize in relation to their acceptance and use of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax and reasonable conveyancers fees. Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Grand Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
   

   The specifics of any Grand Prize elements not expressly described on the Prize Draw webpage or in this Section 10(a) may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize will be awarded as-is and may be subject to certain rights, covenants, and restrictions related to the estate’s title. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the sole right at any time to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value, including a cash amount equal to the sum of the ARV of the Property, the home furnishings, and the running costs, in each case stated above (“Cash Equivalent”). The awarding of the Cash Equivalent instead of the Grand Prize shall be at the sole discretion of Promoter. The Grand Prize Winner shall not be permitted to elect to choose the Cash Equivalent over the Grand Prize for any reason. The Grand Prize Winner must cooperate with the Promoter in relation to the completion and registration of the title transfer of the Grand Prize and agrees to use reasonable efforts to complete that registration and title transfer within ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance of the Grand Prize.

2. Secondary Prize Draw Prizes

   1. Early Bird Prizes
      
   1. Early Bird Prize 1: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2024 model year Jaguar F-Type (ARV £75,300.00 GBP).
   2. Early Bird Prize 2: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: Two Hundred Fifty Thousand GBP (£250,000.00) in cash payment
   3. Early Bird Prize 3: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2024 model year Volvo XC90 (ARV £83,330.01 GBP).
   4. Early Bird Prize 4: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: (i) one (1) 2023 model year Mini Cooper Electric (ARV £34,570.00 GBP), and (ii) one (1) 2023 model year Mini Cooper Clubman (ARV £40,000)
   2. Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes: For the Big Dreamer Gift Card Drawings identified in Table 2 of Section 4, above, a total of up to twenty five thousand (25,000) Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third-party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third-party vendors provided by Omaze at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card prize (each a “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize").
   3. World Changer Gift Card Prizes. Up to one hundred fifty five thousand (155,000) Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third-party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third-party vendors provided by Omaze at the time of Winner's acceptance of the World Changer gift card prize (each a “World Changer Gift Card Prize”).
      
      

      For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive more than one (1) World Changer Gift Card Prize in the World Changer Gift Card Prize Drawing. For example, if a Participant obtains fifteen (15) eligible entries in the “World Changer Gift Card Prizes Drawing” and two (2) of those eligible entries are selected as winning entries in the Drawing, then the Participant may be eligible to receive either: (a) two (2) £10.00 GBP gift cards, or (b) one (1) £20.00 GBP gift card.
      
      Each Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize will receive their World Changer Gift Card Prize via email at the valid email address provided by a Participant when entering the Grand-Prize Prize Draw. Unless Otherwise Notified by Omaze in that Communication, Each World Changer Gift Card Prize Winner must accept and access the World Changer Gift Card Prize via their Omaze.co.uk Account. If a Winner does not have an Account, the Winner must create an Account to accept and access the World Changer Gift Card Prize. Once the email notification is sent to a Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize with a link to accept and redeem the World Changer Gift Card Prize, the World Changer Gift Card Prize shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled. Promoter is not responsible for any electronic, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties with respect to delivery of the World Changer Gift Card Prize via email. Each World Changer Gift Card Prize Winner must accept their World Changer Gift Card Prize within ninety (90) days of the notification email being sent. If a Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize does not accept the World Changer Gift Card Prize within ninety (90) days of the notification email being sent, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the World Changer Gift Card Prize and will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the World Changer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.

All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated in any way with Jaguar Land Rover Group, Mini BMW Group or any of their respective affiliates.

Where does your Entry Fee go?

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. “Net Proceeds” means your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing, advertising and operating the Prize Draw. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw - London II Prize Draw, British Heart Foundation, (a registered charity in England and Wales (225971) and in Scotland (SC039426) (“Charity”) will be the beneficiary of the Donation as outlined in these Experience Rules.
