UPDATED Mallorca Superdraw Experience Rules – UK

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalised terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

Promoter updated these Experience Rules on 24th January 2024, to include Additional Secondary Prizes – 55,000 additional Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes added to Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1 and 100 additional World Changer Gift Card Prizes added to World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1. Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1 and/or the World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1 (as appropriate) provided in Section 4, Table 2, below, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1 and/or the the World Changer Gift Card Prizes - Drawing 1 (as appropriate).

1. Winners:

One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in connection with the Grand-Prize Prize Draw (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

Up to one hundred and sixty thousand, one hundred and two (160,102) secondary prize winners (each a “Secondary Prize Winner” and collectively the “Secondary Prize Winners”) in connection with the Secondary Prize Draws (as defined in Section 5(B) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

One (1) subscriber-only prize winner (the “Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Winner”) in connection with the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw (as defined in Section 5(D) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

The Grand Prize Winner, the Secondary Prize Winners and the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Winner shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Winner” and collectively as the “Winners.”

2. Promoter:

Omaze UK Limited (referred to herein as “Omaze” or “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility:
Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom (at the time of entry to the Prize Draw and at the time when the Winner/ Potential Winner (as appropriate) is selected), and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules). IN ADDITION TO ANY OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES AND THESE EXPERIENCE RULES, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE, EACH WINNER OF A BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND A WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE (AS SUCH TERMS ARE DEFINED IN SECTIONS 10(B)(II) AND (III), BELOW), MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK USER ACCOUNT (THE “ACCOUNT”). IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE.

For this Prize Draw, to be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Secondary Prize Draw - “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawings”, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(B) of the Official Rules) must: (a) fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; and (b) either: (i) enter into the Grand-Prize Prize Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period and have never before won a prize called a “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize” in a Prize Draw advertised on Omaze.co.uk; or (ii) enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period via the paid method of entry on Omaze.co.uk and the Grand-Prize Prize Draw is the first Prize Draw advertised on Omaze.co.uk that the Participant enters.

To be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(B) of the Official Rules): (a) must fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; (b) must have an active subscription to the Website at any time during the applicable Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period and the related subscription payment has not been refunded; and (c) either (i) will be automatically entered into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw if the Participant has a monthly subscription to the Website that is priced at a level greater than £10 per month during the applicable Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period; or (ii) must enter into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period. PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION TO THE WEBSITE (WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED) AT ANY TIME DURING THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER CASH PRIZE ENTRY PERIOD CANNOT ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER CASH DRAW.

The Grand Prize Winner, Secondary Prize Winners and Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Winner may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in this Prize Draw. For example, a Winner could win the Grand Prize and any other Secondary Prize and/or a Winner could win multiple Secondary Prizes (See Section 10, below for Prize details and descriptions). In addition, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, individuals who have won any other grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk within eighteen (18) months before the date of entry into this Prize Draw may be eligible to enter or win any Prize in this Prize Draw, even if such individual won a grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk. The Grand Prize Winner will also be eligible to win any other prize of any other Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk, and solely for the Prize Draws on the Omaze.co.uk site, the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Grand Prize Winner of this Prize Draw for other Prize Draws on Omaze.co.uk.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

This Prize Draw includes a Grand-Prize Prize Draw, various Secondary Prize Draws and a Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, which will be conducted by various prize draws (each a “Drawing”) for the prizes (each a “Prize”) identified in Tables 1, 2 and 3, below. The Grand-Prize Prize Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 1, below (the “Grand Prize Entry Period”). The Secondary Prize Draws shall include the following: (a) Early Bird Prize Draws, (b) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Draws, (c) World Changer Gift Card Prizes Draws and (d) any other Secondary Prize Draw detailed within Table 2, below. The Secondary Prize Draws shall be conducted as four (4) Drawings with entry periods for one hundred and sixty thousand, one hundred and two (160,102) Prizes identified in Table 2, below (each a “Secondary Prize Entry Period”). The Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 3, below (the “Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period”). The Grand Prize Entry Period, the Secondary Prize Entry Periods and the Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period detailed in Tables 1, 2 and 3 below will each end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for online entries and at 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for postal entries. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

Promoter may add additional Secondary Prizes within the Secondary Prize Draws from time-to-time (each an “Additional Secondary Prize”). Each Additional Secondary Prize will have a separate Secondary Prize Entry Period (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries) with a separate Drawing. The prize descriptions, any applicable restrictions, and the Secondary Prize Entry Period for each Additional Secondary Prize will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each such Additional Secondary Prize. Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for an Additional Secondary Prize, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the applicable Additional Secondary Prize.

5. How to Enter:

Visit Omaze.co.uk to utilise any of our methods of entry to enter this Prize Draw. For postal entries to the Grand Prize Prize Draw, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Mallorca Superdraw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW. For postal entries to the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Mallorca Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW. All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before the applicable Entry Period end time/date to be valid. All online Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period, and all postal Entry Periods will end at 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period. To enter a Secondary Prize Draw in this Prize Draw, individuals must enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during an applicable Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period identified in Section 4, Table 2, above, using any method of entry, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules. All Participants who enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during an applicable Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period will automatically receive the same number of entries into such Secondary Prize Draw as the number of valid entries they received for the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period, up to the Secondary Prize Draw’s entry limit, as applicable, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

For the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, any Subscriber who has a monthly subscription that is priced at a level greater than £10.00 per month during the Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period identified in Table 3, above, will be automatically entered into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw and will automatically receive the same number of entries into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw as the number of valid entries they received for the Grand-Prize Prize Draw under their monthly subscription. Subscribers can also enter the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw during the Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period identified in Table 3, above, using the postal method of entry. Any entry into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw is subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

6. Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry. There is no cumulative maximum number of entries that any one person may obtain (the “Entry Limit”). However, in respect of the Paid Method of Entry only, Promoter reserves the right at any time to (i) introduce an Entry Limit; and/or (ii) limit the amount that any Participant may spend (whether in aggregate, on a particular Prize Draw, or via a particular payment method) in a defined period or otherwise. There shall be no such Entry Limit in respect of the postal method of entry. If Participant exceeds an applicable Entry Limit for a Prize Draw, all entries in excess of the Entry Limit will be void and ineligible to win.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process:

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) for the Grand-Prize Prize Draw and Early Bird Prize Draws will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winner(s) for the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawings and the World Changer Gift Card Prizes Drawings will be notified via email and must accept their Prize within forty five (45) days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent. Potential Winner(s) for the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Omaze, including any of its affiliates, and any other prize provider expressly named herein (each a "Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedules in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

Grand-Prize Prize Draw - Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) the home advertised and described on the Prize Draw webpage here, which is located in Mallorca, Spain (the “Property”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): £3,000,000.00 GBP); (ii) the Property’s home furnishings (ARV: £140,000.00 GBP); and (iii) £250,000.00 GBP for settling in and initial maintenance and running costs associated with the Property ((i) - (iii) collectively the “Grand Prize”). Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the Grand Prize Winner in relation to their acceptance of the Grand Prize: Spanish property transfer tax and any reasonable and necessary direct costs incurred to complete the transfer of the Grand Prize to the Grand Prize Winner, such as reasonable conveyancers fees and costs of obtaining any necessary permits required in respect of foreign property ownership in Spain, which have been pre-approved in writing by Promoter. Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Grand Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

The specifics of any Grand Prize elements not expressly described on the Prize Draw webpage or in this Section 10(a) may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize will be awarded as-is and may be subject to certain rights, covenants, and restrictions related to the estate’s title. Under Spanish law, UK residents are required to obtain a Military Permit from the Spanish Ministry of Defence prior to taking ownership of properties located in certain parts of Spain (including Mallorca). As such, the Winner of the Grand Prize will be required to obtain a Military Permit from the local Spanish authorities prior to taking ownership of the Property. This Military Permit may not be available to individuals with certain criminal convictions. Participants with relevant criminal convictions should therefore verify their ability to obtain a Military Permit with the relevant Spanish Authorities prior to entering the Prize Draw. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the sole right at any time to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value, including a cash amount equal to the sum of the ARV of the Property, the home furnishings, and the running costs, in each case stated above (“Cash Equivalent”). The awarding of the Cash Equivalent instead of the Grand Prize shall be at the sole discretion of Promoter. The Grand Prize Winner shall not be permitted to elect to choose the Cash Equivalent over the Grand Prize for any reason. The Grand Prize Winner must cooperate with the Promoter in relation to the completion and registration of the title transfer of the Grand Prize and agrees to use reasonable efforts to complete that registration and title transfer within ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance of the Grand Prize.
Secondary Prize Draw Prizes
1. Early Bird Prize
  1. Early Bird Prize 1: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2024 model year Porsche 911 (ARV £151,611 GBP).
  2. Early Bird Prize 2: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2023 model year Maserati Grecale Trofeo (ARV £102,340 GBP).
2. Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes: Up to sixty thousand (60,000) Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded either (at the Secondary Prize Winner’s election): (1) a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third-party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third party vendors provided by Omaze; or (2) a £10.00 GBP voucher code for the Omaze Website, each selected at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card/voucher code (each a “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize").
  
  For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive more than one (1) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize in the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s). For example, if a Participant obtains fifteen (15) eligible entries in the “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes - Drawing 1” and two (2) of those eligible entries are selected as winning entries in the Drawing, then the Participant may be eligible to receive either: (a) two (2) £10.00 GBP gift cards/voucher codes, or (b) one (1) £20.00 GBP gift card/voucher code.
  
  Each Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize will receive their Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email at the valid email address provided by a Participant when entering the Grand-Prize Prize Draw. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE IN THAT COMMUNICATION, EACH BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK ACCOUNT. IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE. Once the email notification is sent to a Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize with a link to accept and redeem the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize, the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled. Promoter is not responsible for any electronic, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties with respect to delivery of the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email. Each Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize Winner must accept their Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent. If a Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize does not accept the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize and will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.
3. World Changer Gift Card Prizes: Up to one hundred thousand, one hundred (100,100) Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded either (at the Secondary Prize Winner’s election): (1) a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third party vendors provided by Omaze; or (2) a £10.00 GBP voucher code for the Omaze Website, each selected at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card/voucher code (each a “World Changer Gift Card Prize").
  
  For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive more than one (1) World Changer Gift Card Prize in the World Changer Gift Card Prize Drawings. For example, if a Participant obtains fifteen (15) eligible entries in the “World Changer Gift Card Prizes - Drawing 1” and two (2) of those eligible entries are selected as winning entries in the Drawing, then the Participant may be eligible to receive either: (a) two (2) £10.00 GBP gift cards/voucher codes, or (b) one (1) £20.00 GBP gift card/voucher code.
  
  Each Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize will receive their World Changer Gift Card Prize via email at the valid email address provided by a Participant when entering the Grand-Prize Prize Draw. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE IN THAT COMMUNICATION, EACH WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK ACCOUNT. IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE. Once the email notification is sent to a Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize with a link to accept and redeem the World Changer Gift Card Prize, the World Changer Gift Card Prize shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled. Promoter is not responsible for any electronic, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties with respect to delivery of the World Changer Gift Card Prize via email. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the World Changer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.
Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw - Subscriber Prize: The Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Winner will receive: Fifty Thousand GBP (£50,000.00) in cash payment (the “Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize”).

All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated in any way with Porsche Group or any of their respective affiliates.

Where does your Entry Fee go?

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate 17% of your monetary payment to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £1,000,000 irrespective of sales. In relation to the Million Pound House Superdraw - Mallorca, all Donations will be passed on to Alzheimer’s Research UK (registered charity no. 1077089 in England and Wales and SC042474 in Scotland) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
