NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalised terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

1. Winners:

One (1) Great Escape House Draw prize winner (the “OMAZE GREAT ESCAPE HOUSE DRAW WINNER”) in connection with the Omaze Great Escape House Draw (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

Up to fifty thousand (50,000) Great Escape Secondary Prize Winners (each a “GREAT ESCAPE SECONDARY PRIZE WINNERr” and collectively the “GREAT ESCAPE SECONDARY PRIZE WINNERS”) in connection with the Great Escape Secondary Prize Draws (as defined in Section 5(C) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

2. Promoter:

Omaze UK Limited (referred to herein as “Omaze” or “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility:

Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom (at the time of entry to the Prize Draw and when redeeming the Prize(s)), and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules). IN ADDITION TO ANY OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES AND THESE EXPERIENCE RULES, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE, EACH WINNER OF A GREAT ESCAPE DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND A GREAT ESCAPE DELIGHTS GIFT CARD PRIZE (AS SUCH TERMS ARE DEFINED IN SECTIONS 10(B)(II) AND (III), BELOW), MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE GREAT ESCAPE DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE GREAT ESCAPE DELIGHTS GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK USER ACCOUNT (THE “ACCOUNT”). IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE GREAT ESCAPE DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE GREAT ESCAPE DELIGHTS GIFT CARD PRIZE.

For this Prize Draw, to be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw - “Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawings”, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(C) of the Official Rules) must: (a) fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; and (b) either: (i) enter into the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period and have never before won a prize called a “Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize” or a “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize” in a Prize Draw advertised on Omaze.co.uk; or (ii) enter the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw during the applicable Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period via the paid method of entry on Omaze.co.uk and the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw must be the first Prize Draw advertised on Omaze.co.uk that the Participant has entered. A Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize in the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s) and is not entitled to win multiple Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes.

For Great Escape Delights Gift Card Prizes, a Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Great Escape Delight Gift Card Prize in the Great Escape Delights Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s) in this Prize Draw and is not entitled to win multiple Great Escape Delight Gift Card Prizes in this Prize Draw.

The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Winner and Great Escape Secondary Prize Winners may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in this Prize Draw. For example, a Winner could win the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize and any other Great Escape Secondary Prize and/or a Winner could win multiple Great Escape Secondary Prizes (See Section 10, below for Prize details and descriptions). In addition, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, individuals who have won any other prize in a Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw or a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk within eighteen (18) months before the date of entry into this Prize Draw may be eligible to enter or win any Prize in this Prize Draw, even if such individual won a prize in a Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw or a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk. The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Winner may also be eligible to win any other prize of any other Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk, and solely for the Prize Draws on the Omaze.co.uk site, the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Winner of this Prize Draw for other Prize Draws on Omaze.co.uk.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

This Prize Draw includes the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw, and various Great Escape Secondary Prize Draws, which will be conducted by various prize draws (each a “Drawing”) for the prizes (each a “Prize”) identified in Tables 1 and 2 below. The Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 1, below (the “Omaze Great Escape House Draw Entry Period”). The Great Escape Secondary Prize Draws shall include the following: (a) Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize Draws, (b) Great Escape Delights Gift Card Prize Draws, and (c) any other Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw detailed within Table 2, below. The Great Escape Secondary Prize Draws shall be conducted as two (2) Drawings with entry periods for fifty thousand (50,000) Prizes identified in Table 2, below (each a “Great Escape Secondary Prize Entry Period”). The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Entry Period, and the Great Escape Secondary Prize Entry Periods detailed in Tables 1 and 2 below will each end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for online entries and at 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for postal entries. Promoter may add additional Great Escape Secondary Prizes within the Great Escape Secondary Prize Draws from time-to-time (each an “Additional Great Escape Secondary Prize”). Each Additional Great Escape Secondary Prize will have a separate Great Escape Secondary Prize Entry Period (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries) with a separate Drawing. The prize descriptions, any applicable restrictions, and the Great Escape Secondary Prize Entry Period for each Additional Great Escape Secondary Prize will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each such Additional Great Escape Secondary Prize. Any eligible Participant who entered the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for an Additional Great Escape Secondary Prize, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the applicable Additional Great Escape Secondary Prize.

5. How to Enter:

Visit Omaze.co.uk to utilise any of our methods of entry to enter this Prize Draw. For postal entries to the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Omaze Great Escape House Draw - Wales, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London N8 0NW. All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Entry Period end time/date to be valid. All online Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period, and all postal Entry Periods will end at 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period. To enter a Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw in this Prize Draw, individuals must enter the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw during an applicable Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period identified in Section 4, Table 2, above, using any method of entry, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules. All Participants who enter the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw during an applicable Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period will automatically receive the same number of entries into such Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw as the number of valid entries they received for the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw during the applicable Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period, up to the Great Escape Secondary Prize Draw’s entry limit, as applicable, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

6. Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry. There is no cumulative maximum number of entries that any one person may obtain (the “Entry Limit”). However, in respect of the Paid Method of Entry only, Promoter reserves the right at any time to (i) introduce an Entry Limit; and/or (ii) limit the amount that any Participant may spend (whether in aggregate, on a particular Prize Draw, or via a particular payment method) in a defined period or otherwise. There shall be no such Entry Limit in respect of the postal method of entry. If a Participant exceeds an applicable Entry Limit for this Prize Draw, all entries in excess of the Entry Limit will be void and ineligible to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) for the Omaze Great Escape House Draw will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winner(s) for the Great Escape Delights Gift Card Prizes Drawings and the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawings will be notified via email and must accept their Prize within forty five (45) days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Omaze, including any of its affiliates, and any other prize provider expressly named herein (each a "Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedules in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

Omaze Great Escape House Draw:
The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Winner will receive (i) the home advertised and described on the Prize Draw webpage here, which is located in Wales (the “Property”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): £600,000.00 GBP); (ii) the Property’s home furnishings (ARV: £60,000.00 GBP); and (iii) £50,000.00 GBP for settling in and initial maintenance and running costs associated with the Property ((i) - (iii) collectively the “Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize”). Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the Omaze Great Escape Prize Winner in relation to their acceptance of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize: stamp duty land tax and any reasonable and necessary direct costs incurred to complete the transfer of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize to the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize Winner, such as reasonable conveyancers fees, which have been pre-approved in writing by Promoter. Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize Winner.

The specifics of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize elements not expressly described on the Prize Draw webpage or in this Section 10 may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize will be awarded as-is and may be subject to certain rights, covenants, and restrictions related to the estate’s title. The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the sole right at any time to substitute all or part of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value, including a cash amount equal to the sum of the ARV of the Property, the home furnishings, and the running costs, in each case stated above (“Cash Equivalent”). The awarding of the Cash Equivalent instead of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize shall be at the sole discretion of Promoter. The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize Winner shall not be permitted to elect to choose the Cash Equivalent over the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize for any reason. The Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize Winner must cooperate with the Promoter in relation to the completion and registration of the title transfer of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize and agrees to use reasonable efforts to complete that registration and title transfer within ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance of the Omaze Great Escape House Draw Prize.
Secondary Prize Draw Prizes
1. Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes:
  Up to twenty-five thousand (25,000) Great Escape Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded either (at the Great Escape Secondary Prize Winner’s election): (1) a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third-party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third party vendors provided by Omaze; or (2) a £10.00 GBP voucher code (i) for the Omaze Website; or (ii) to be applied towards an Omaze Subscription, each selected at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card/voucher code (each a “Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize").
  
  For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize in the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s).
  
  Each Winner of a Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize will receive their Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email at the valid email address provided by a Participant when entering the Omaze Great Escape House Prize Draw. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE IN THAT COMMUNICATION, EACH GREAT ESCAPE DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE GREAT ESCAPE DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK ACCOUNT. IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE GREAT ESCAPE DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE. Once the email notification is sent to a Winner of a Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize with a link to accept and redeem the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize, the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled. Promoter is not responsible for any electronic, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties with respect to delivery of the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email. Each Winner of a Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize must accept their Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent. If a Winner of a Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize does not accept the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize and will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Great Escape Dreamer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.
2. Great Escape Delights Gift Card Prizes:
  Up to twenty-five thousand (25,000) Great Escape Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded either (at the Great Escape Secondary Prize Winner’s election): (1) a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third party vendors provided by Omaze; or (2) a £10.00 GBP voucher code (i) for the Omaze Website; or (ii) to be applied towards an Omaze Subscription, each selected at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card/voucher code (each a “Great Escape Delights Gift Card Prize").

All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Where does your Entry Fee go?

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate 17% of your monetary payment to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. In relation to the Omaze Great Escape House Draw - Wales Prize Draw, all Donations will be passed on to The Scout Association, a registered charity in England and Wales (306101) and in Scotland (SC038437) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
