NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalised terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

Promoter updated these Experience Rules on 18th November 2024, to include Additional Secondary Prizes of (i) 125,100 additional World Changer Gift Card Prizes added to World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1, and (ii) 25,000 additional Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes added to Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1. Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for the World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1 and/or the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes - Drawing 1 provided in Section 4, Table 2, below, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the World Changer Gift Card Prizes – Drawing 1 and/or the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes - Drawing 1.

1. Winners:

One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in connection with the Grand-Prize Prize Draw (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

Up to two hundred thousand and one hundred (200,100) secondary prize winners (each a “Secondary Prize Winner” and collectively the “Secondary Prize Winners”) in connection with the Secondary Prize Draws (as defined in Section 5(B) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

One (1) subscriber exclusive prize winner (the “Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Winner”) in connection with the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw (as defined in Section 5(C) of the Official Rules, and further described herein) (the “Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw”).

One (1) flash draw prize winner (the “November Omaze Flash Draw Winner”) in connection with the Omaze Flash Draw (as defined in Section 5(D) of the Official Rules, and further described herein) held in November 2024 (the “November Omaze Flash Draw”).

The Grand Prize Winner, the Secondary Prize Winners, the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Winner and the November Omaze Flash Draw Winner shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Winner” and collectively as the “Winners.”

2. Promoter:

Omaze UK Limited (referred to herein as “Omaze” or “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility:
Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules , you can only enter this Prize Draw via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom (at the time of entry to the Prize Draw and when redeeming the Prize(s)), and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules). IN ADDITION TO ANY OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES AND THESE EXPERIENCE RULES, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE, EACH WINNER OF A BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND A WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE (AS SUCH TERMS ARE DEFINED IN SECTIONS 10(B)(II) AND (III), BELOW), MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK USER ACCOUNT (THE “ACCOUNT”). IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE AND/OR THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE.

For this Prize Draw, to be eligible to win the Booster Prize Amount (as defined in Section 10(a) below) as part of the Grand-Prize, the Participant must either: (a) have submitted the winning entry in the respective Grand-Prize Prize Draw via the postal method of entry; or (b) have an active subscription to the Website and an active Prize Booster product (as defined in Section 5(A)) of the Subscription Terms of Use) as part of that subscription at the time the respective Grand-Prize Draw Winner is selected.

For this Prize Draw, to be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Secondary Prize Draw - “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawings”, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(C) of the Official Rules) must: (a) fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; and (b) either: (i) enter into the Grand-Prize Prize Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period and have never before won a prize called a “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize” in a Prize Draw advertised on Omaze.co.uk; or (ii) enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing Entry Period via the paid method of entry on Omaze.co.uk and the Grand-Prize Prize Draw is the first Prize Draw advertised on Omaze.co.uk that the Participant enters. A Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize in the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s) and is not entitled to win multiple Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes.

For World Changer Gift Card Prizes, a Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) World Changer Gift Card Prize in the World Changer Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s) in this Prize Draw and is not entitled to win multiple World Changer Gift Card Prizes in this Prize Draw.

To be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(C) of the Official Rules) must: (a) fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; (b) have an active subscription to the Website both when entering the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw and at the time the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Winner is selected; and (c) either (i) in addition to the automatic set number of entries into the Grand-Prize Prize Draw and Secondary Prize Draws received as a result of the Participant’s payment of Membership Fees for the Subscription Services (as defined in Section 5 of the Subscription Terms of Use), enter the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw during the applicable Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Entry Period (as defined below) via the paid method of entry on Omaze.co.uk; or (ii) enter into the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Entry Period (in accordance with the Official Rules). When entering (whether via the paid method of entry or the postal method of entry), the Participant must use the same email address as is registered to the Participant’s subscription to the Website, otherwise the Participant will not be eligible to win the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw unless we identify the Participant as an active subscriber by other means (which we will not be obliged to attempt to do). PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION TO THE WEBSITE BOTH WHEN ENTERING THE SUBSCRIBER EXCLUSIVE SAFARI FLASH DRAW AND AT THE TIME THE SUBSCRIBER EXCLUSIVE SAFARI FLASH DRAW WINNER IS SELECTED CANNOT ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THE SUBSCRIBER EXCLUSIVE SAFARI FLASH DRAW.

To be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the November Omaze Flash Draw, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(C) of the Official Rules): (a) must fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; and (b) must either enter the November Omaze Flash Draw during the applicable November Omaze Flash Draw Entry Period (as defined below) via the paid method of entry on Omaze.co.uk; or (ii) enter into the November Omaze Flash Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable November Omaze Flash Draw Entry Period.

The Grand Prize Winner, Secondary Prize Winners, the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Winner and the November Omaze Flash Draw Winner may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in this Prize Draw. For example, a Winner could win the Grand Prize and any other Secondary Prize and/or a Winner could win multiple Secondary Prizes (See Section 10, below for Prize details and descriptions). In addition, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, individuals who have won any other grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk within eighteen (18) months before the date of entry into this Prize Draw may be eligible to enter or win any Prize in this Prize Draw, even if such individual won a grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk. The Grand Prize Winner will also be eligible to win any other prize of any other Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk, and solely for the Prize Draws on the Omaze.co.uk site, the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Grand Prize Winner of this Prize Draw for other Prize Draws on Omaze.co.uk.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

This Prize Draw includes a Grand-Prize Prize Draw, various Secondary Prize Draws, a Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw and a November Omaze Flash Draw, which will be conducted by various prize draws (each a “Drawing”) for the prizes (each a “Prize”) identified in Tables 1, 2, 3 and 4 below. The Grand-Prize Prize Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 1, below (the “Grand Prize Entry Period”). The Secondary Prize Draws shall include the following: (a) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize Draws, (b) World Changer Gift Card Prize Draws and (c) any other Secondary Prize Draw detailed within Table 2, below. The Secondary Prize Draws shall be conducted as two (2) Drawings with entry periods for two hundred thousand and one hundred (200,100) Prizes identified in Table 2, below (each a “Secondary Prize Entry Period”). The Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 3, below (the “Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Entry Period”). The November Omaze Flash Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 4, below (the “November Omaze Flash Draw Entry Period”). The Grand Prize Entry Period, the Secondary Prize Entry Periods, the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Entry Period and the November Omaze Flash Draw Entry Period detailed in Tables 1, 2, 3 and 4, below will each end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for online entries and at 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for postal entries. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

Promoter may add additional Secondary Prizes within the Secondary Prize Draws from time-to-time (each an “Additional Secondary Prize”). Each Additional Secondary Prize will have a separate Secondary Prize Entry Period (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries) with a separate Drawing. The prize descriptions, any applicable restrictions, and the Secondary Prize Entry Period for each Additional Secondary Prize will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each such Additional Secondary Prize. Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for an Additional Secondary Prize, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the applicable Additional Secondary Prize.

5. How to Enter:

Visit Omaze.co.uk to utilise any of our methods of entry to enter this Prize Draw. For postal entries to the Grand Prize Prize Draw, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Wirral House Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London N8 0NW. For postal entries to the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Wirral Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW. For postal entries to the November Omaze Flash Draw, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Wirral November Omaze Flash Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW. To enter a Secondary Prize Draw in this Prize Draw, individuals must enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during an applicable Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period identified in Section 4, Table 2, above, using any method of entry, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules. All Participants who enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during an applicable Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period will automatically receive the same number of entries into such Secondary Prize Draw as the number of valid entries they received for the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Secondary Prize Draw Entry Period, up to the Secondary Prize Draw’s entry limit, as applicable, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

To enter the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw in this Prize Draw, individuals must enter the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw during the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Entry Period identified in Table 3, above, using any method of entry, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

To enter the November Omaze Flash Draw in this Prize Draw, individuals must enter the November Omaze Flash Draw during the November Omaze Flash Draw Entry Period identified in Table 4, above, using any method of entry, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

6. Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry. There is no cumulative maximum number of entries that any one person may obtain (the “Entry Limit”). However, in respect of the Paid Method of Entry only, Promoter reserves the right at any time to (i) introduce an Entry Limit; and/or (ii) limit the amount that any Participant may spend (whether in aggregate, on a particular Prize Draw, or via a particular payment method) in a defined period or otherwise. There shall be no such Entry Limit in respect of the postal method of entry. If Participant exceeds an applicable Entry Limit for a Prize Draw, all entries in excess of the Entry Limit will be void and ineligible to win.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) for the Grand-Prize Prize Draw, the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw and the November Omaze Flash Draw will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winner(s) for the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawings and the World Changer Gift Card Prizes Drawings will be notified via email and must accept their Prize within forty five (45) days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent. Potential Winner(s) are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Omaze, including any of its affiliates, and any other prize provider expressly named herein (each a "Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedules in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

Grand-Prize Prize Draw - Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) the home advertised and described on the Prize Draw webpage here, which is located on the Wirral (the “Property”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): £3,200,000.00 GBP); (ii) the Property’s home furnishings (ARV: £160,000.00 GBP); and (iii) £250,000.00 GBP for settling in and initial maintenance and running costs associated with the Property ((i) - (iii) collectively the “Grand Prize”). Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the Grand Prize Winner in relation to their acceptance of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax and any reasonable and necessary direct costs incurred to complete the transfer of the Grand Prize to the Grand Prize Winner, such as reasonable conveyancers fees, which have been pre-approved in writing by Promoter. Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Grand Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner

The specifics of any Grand Prize elements not expressly described on the Prize Draw webpage or in this Section 10(a) may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize will be awarded as-is and may be subject to certain rights, covenants, and restrictions related to the estate’s title. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the sole right at any time to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value, including a cash amount equal to the sum of the ARV of the Property, the home furnishings, and the running costs, in each case stated above (“Cash Equivalent”). The awarding of the Cash Equivalent instead of the Grand Prize shall be at the sole discretion of Promoter. The Grand Prize Winner shall not be permitted to elect to choose the Cash Equivalent over the Grand Prize for any reason. The Grand Prize Winner must cooperate with the Promoter in relation to the completion and registration of the title transfer of the Grand Prize and agrees to use reasonable efforts to complete that registration and title transfer within ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance of the Grand Prize.
Secondary Prize Draw Prizes
1. Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes: Up to one hundred and fifty thousand and one hundred (150,100) Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded either (at the Secondary Prize Winner’s election): (1) a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third-party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third party vendors provided by Omaze; or (2) a £10.00 GBP voucher code (i) for the Omaze Website; or (ii) to be applied towards an Omaze Subscription, each selected at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card/voucher code (each a “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize").
  
  For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize in the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s).
  
  Each Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize will receive their Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email at the valid email address provided by a Participant when entering the Grand-Prize Prize Draw. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE IN THAT COMMUNICATION, EACH BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK ACCOUNT. IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE BIG DREAMER GIFT CARD PRIZE. Once the email notification is sent to a Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize with a link to accept and redeem the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize, the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled. Promoter is not responsible for any electronic, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties with respect to delivery of the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email. Each Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize Winner must accept their Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent. If a Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize does not accept the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize and will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.
2. World Changer Gift Card Prizes: Up to fifty thousand (50,000) Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded either (at the Secondary Prize Winner’s election): (1) a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third party vendors provided by Omaze; or (2) a £10.00 GBP voucher code (i) for the Omaze Website; or (ii) to be applied towards an Omaze Subscription, each selected at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card/voucher code (each a “World Changer Gift Card Prize").

Each World Changer Gift Card Prize Winner must accept their World Changer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent. If a Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize does not accept the World Changer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the World Changer Gift Card Prize and will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the World Changer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.
Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize: The Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize Winner will be entitled to spend up to sixty thousand pounds (£60,000.00) on a safari trip to Kenya including travel, transfers, ground transportation, accommodation, activities and sustenance (the “Safari Trip Prize”) and will additionally receive fifty thousand pounds (£50,000.00) cash to spend while on the trip (the “Safari Trip Spending Cash”) (prize total ARV: £110,000.00 GBP). The Safari Trip Prize and the Safari Trip Spending Cash are together the “Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize”. In order to redeem the Safari Trip Prize allowance of up to sixty thousand pounds (£60,000.00) the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize Winner must: (1) use the Promoter’s appointed luxury travel agent in order to book a safari trip from the UK to Kenya; (2) comply in full with any of the Promoter’s travel agent’s applicable terms and conditions, policies or conditions of travel (including without limitation any applicable cancellation notice periods); (3) have booked the trip within three (3) months of being announced the Winner; and (4) have completed the trip by no later than 31 December 2025 (unless Omaze agrees, in its discretion, to extend this date), otherwise the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize shall be forfeited. The Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize Winner may bring guests as part of the Safari Trip Prize, however: (1) the costs for taking such guests must be accommodated for using the sixty thousand pounds (£60,000.00) allowance; and (2) such guests must be aged 18 years or older or otherwise the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize Winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such guests. Some safari-related activities are age restricted. For representative purposes only, as at the start of the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Entry Period, a £60,000.00 allowance would cover a luxury 8-day trip to Kenya for 2 adults and 2 teenage children, in high season, departing from London including business class international flights, luxury chauffeur transfers, luxury accommodation, internal flights, shared scheduled game drives on safari, half-board accommodation in Nairobi and full board accommodation on safari. Prices and availability may have changed by the time of booking. The Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize Winner and all guests will require, at their own cost and expense, a valid passport (valid from the date of departure for such period as required by any relevant authority or operator), a valid Visa for travel to Kenya (if required) and all other required travel documentation, suitable travel insurance to cover their trip (including without limitation in respect of medical and accident cover) and a valid credit or debit card to provide to the hotel upon check in for the purpose of providing a hotel security deposit. The Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize is strictly limited to those elements described in this Section 10(c). Any Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Prize elements not specifically described in this Section 10(c) may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The location of the prize fulfilment shall be Kenya. Any taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw will be the sole responsibility of the Subscriber Exclusive Safari Flash Draw Winner unless stated otherwise above
November Omaze Flash Draw Prize: The November Omaze Flash Draw Winner will receive: Ten Thousand GBP (£10,000.00) in cash payment each month for twelve (12) months (the “November Omaze Flash Draw Prize”). The total value of the November Omaze Flash Draw Prize is One Hundred and Twenty Thousand GBP (£120,000.00). The November Omaze Flash Draw Winner will have the option to elect to receive the November Omaze Flash Draw Prize as one payment of One Hundred and Twenty Thousand GBP (£120,000.00) rather than twelve (12) monthly payments of Ten Thousand GBP (£10,000.00). The November Omaze Flash Draw Winner must notify the Promoter within 96 hours of being confirmed as the November Omaze Flash Draw Winner if they wish to receive the November Omaze Flash Draw Prize as one payment of One Hundred and Twenty Thousand GBP (£120,000.00) rather than twelve (12) monthly payments of Ten Thousand GBP (£10,000.00).

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate 17% of your monetary payment to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £1,000,000 irrespective of sales.
