Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Experience Rules – UK

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalised terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

1. Winners:

Each month there will be one (1) winner (the “Winner”) in connection with the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw (as defined in Section 5(E) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

2. Promoter:

Omaze UK Limited (referred to herein as “Omaze” or “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility:

Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom (at the time of entry to the Prize Draw and when redeeming the Prize(s)), and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules).

To be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, a Participant (as defined in Section 3(C) of the Official Rules): (a) must fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; (b) must have an active subscription to the Website at any time during the applicable Monthly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period and the related subscription payment must not have been refunded at the time that the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Winner is selected; and (c) either (i) will be automatically entered into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw if the Participant has a monthly subscription to the Website that is priced at a level greater than £10 per month during the applicable Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period; or (ii) must enter into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period. PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION TO THE WEBSITE AT ANY TIME DURING THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER CASH DRAW ENTRY PERIOD (WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED AT THE TIME THAT THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER CASH DRAW WINNER IS SELECTED) CANNOT ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER CASH DRAW.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

Each month the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw shall be conducted as one (1) prize draw (a “Drawing”) with an entry period for one (1) prize identified in the table, below (the “Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period”). The Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period detailed below will end each month at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for online entries and at 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for postal entries. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Enter:

For postal entries to the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, please submit to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW. All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before the applicable Entry Period end time/date to be valid. Visit Omaze.co.uk for further details.

For the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, any Subscriber who has a monthly subscription that is priced at a level greater than £10.00 per month during the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period identified in the table above will be automatically entered into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw and will automatically receive the same number of entries into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw as the number of valid entries they received for the separate Grand-Prize Prize Draw in the same month under their monthly subscription. Subscribers can also enter the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw during the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period identified in the table above, using the postal method of entry. Any entry into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw is subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

6. Entry Limit:

Participants who have a monthly subscription that is priced at a level greater than £10 per month during the specific timeframe in the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Experience Rules will automatically receive the same number of entries into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw as the number of valid entries they received for the separate Grand-Prize Prize Draw for the same month under their monthly subscription, and no more. There is no entry limit on the number of postal entries in this Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw. There is no cumulative maximum number of entries that any one person may obtain. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process:

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners for the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw will be announced by Omaze on the same date as the Grand Prize Draw winner announcement each month, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Omaze, including any of its affiliates, and any other prize provider expressly named herein (each a "Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prize will be awarded each month in connection with the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw: Fifty Thousand GBP (£50,000) in cash payment.

Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

Where does your Entry Fee go?

The amount of your monthly subscription is a monthly payment to us to enter the Grand-Prize Prize Draw and each Secondary Prize Draw for the applicable month (an “Entry Fee”). To see where that Entry Fee goes, please see the Experience Rules for the applicable Grand-Prize Prize Draw. However, there is no entry fee for the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw itself, because entries into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw are awarded on a purely promotional basis for any Subscriber who has a monthly subscription that is priced at a level greater than £10.00 per month during the applicable Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period (or obtained via the postal method). As such, entries into the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw itself have no direct correlation with any payment which we make to Charity.
