Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Rules – UK

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED Capitalised terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

1. Winners:

Each week there will be two (2) winners (each, a “Winner”) in connection with the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw (as defined in Section 5(F) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

2. Promoter:

Omaze UK Limited (referred to herein as “Omaze” or “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility:

Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom (at the time of entry to the Prize Draw and when redeeming the Prize(s)), and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules).

To be eligible to enter into and be awarded Prizes within the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw, a Participant: (a) must fully comply with all eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and within the Official Rules; and (b) either (i) must have an active subscription to the Website with an active Subscriber Weekly Bolt On (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Subscription Terms of Use) during the applicable Weekly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period and the related subscription/bolt-on payments must not have been refunded at the time that the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Winners are selected; or (ii) must enter into the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw via the postal method of entry during the applicable Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period. PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION TO THE WEBSITE AT ANY TIME DURING THE WEEKLY SUBSCRIBER CASH DRAW ENTRY PERIOD (WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED AT THE TIME THAT THE WEEKLY SUBSCRIBER CASH DRAW WINNERS ARE SELECTED) CANNOT ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THE WEEKLY SUBSCRIBER CASH DRAW.

For Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Prize Drawings, a Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Prize in each Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Prize Drawing and is not entitled to win multiple Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Prizes in any Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Prize Drawing.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

Each week, the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw shall be conducted as one (1) prize draw (a “Drawing”) with an entry period for one (1) prize per each Winner identified in the table, below (the “Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period”). The Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Entry Period times detailed below are GMT or BST (as applicable). Omaze is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Enter:

Any entry into the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw is subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

For the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw, any Subscriber with an active Subscriber Weekly Bolt On during the applicable Weekly Subscriber Cash Prize Entry Period in the table above will be automatically entered into the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw.

For postal entries to the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw, any Subscriber (with or without an active Subscriber Weekly Bolt On) can submit these to Omaze’s third-party prize draw vendor for postal entry collection: Omaze Scrutineers - Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW. All entries must be received via post (hand delivered entries are not eligible and will be void) before the applicable Entry Period end time/date to be valid. Visit Omaze.co.uk for further details.

6. Entry Limit:

Participants who have an active subscription and active Subscriber Weekly Bolt On will automatically be given the same number of entries to each Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw as they are given to each Grand-Prize Prize Draw and each applicable Secondary Prize Draw through their subscription to the Website to which their Subscriber Weekly Bolt On applies. There is no cumulative maximum number of entries that any one person may obtain. However, in respect of the Paid Method of Entry only, Promoter reserves the right at any time to (i) introduce an Entry Limit; and/or (ii) limit the amount that any Participant may spend (whether in aggregate, on a particular Prize Draw, via a particular payment method or on the Website generally) in a defined period or otherwise. As at the date of these Rules, there is a £500 per month per customer purchase limit on the Website. In respect of postal entries, a maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received. There is no entry limit on the number of postal entries in the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4 above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners for the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw will be announced by Omaze on the same date set out in table 1, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Omaze, including any of its affiliates, and any other prize provider expressly named herein (each a "Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded each week in connection with the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw: two Prizes comprised of Ten Thousand GBP (£10,000) each, one being awarded to each of the two Winners

Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification

For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Prize of Ten Thousand GBP (£10,000) in each Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw Prize Drawing.

11. Where does your Entry Fee go?

The amount paid by you for each Subscriber Weekly Bolt On constitutes payment to enter the Weekly Subscriber Cash Draw (an “Entry Fee”) (unless you use the postal method of entry in which case no fee is payable). Omaze will donate (each a “Donation”) 17% of each Entry Fee to the charity (the “Charity”) which is stated in the Experience Rules available here of the Omaze Million Pound House Grand-Prize Prize Draw (the “Omaze Million Pound House Draw”) open to online entries as at the date that you pay the Entry Fee. If more than one Omaze Million Pound House Draw is open to entries on the Website at the time that the Entry Fee payment is paid, the Donation will be made to the Charity supported by the Omaze Million Pound House Draw that is closing to online entries first as stated in the relevant Experience Rules available here.
