NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

Promoter updated these Experience Rules on 9th August 2021 to include an additional Secondary Promotion Prize, the Early Bird Prize 3 – BMW F90 M5 Competition ("Early Bird Prize 3"). Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Promotion during the applicable Entry Period for the Early Bird Prize 3 provided in Section 4, Table 2, below, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the Early Bird Prize 3. If you entered the Grand-Prize Promotion before 9th August 2021, your chances of winning the Grand-Prize or any of the other prizes listed in these Experience Rules will not be affected by this change.

1. Winners:

One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in connection with the Grand-Prize Promotion (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

Twenty-three (23) secondary prize winners (the “Secondary Prize Winners” and each a “Secondary Prize Winner”) in connection with the Secondary Promotion (as defined in Section 5(B) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

The Grand Prize Winner and the Secondary Prize Winners shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Winner” and collectively as the “Winners.”

2. Promoter:

Omaze, Inc. (referred to herein as “Omaze” or “Promoter”)

3. Eligibility:

Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Promotion. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in the Official Rules, you can only enter this Promotion via Omaze.co.uk if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom, and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules).

The Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winners may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in this Promotion. For example, a Winner could win the Wimbledon House and the Audi R8 Spyder or a Winner could win a weekly cash prize and the Audi R8 Spyder (See Section 10, below for Prize details and descriptions). In addition, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, individuals who have won any other grand prize in a Grand-Prize Promotion at Omaze.co.uk within eighteen (18) months before the date of entry into this Promotion may be eligible to enter or win any Prize in this Promotion, even if such individual won a grand prize in a Grand-Prize Promotion at Omaze.co.uk. The Grand Prize Winner will also be eligible to win any other prize of any other Promotion at Omaze.co.uk, and solely for the Promotions on the Omaze.co.uk site, the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Grand Prize Winner of this Promotion for other Promotions on Omaze.co.uk.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

This Promotion includes a Grand-Prize and various Secondary Promotions, which will be conducted by various prize draws (“Drawings”) for the prizes (each a “Prize”) identified in Tables 1 and 2, below. The Grand-Prize Promotion shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with entry periods for one (1) Prize identified in Table 1, below (the “Grand Prize Entry Period”). The Secondary Promotions shall include the following: (a) an Early Bird Promotion, (b) Weekly Cash Promotions and (c) Flash Draw Promotions. The Secondary Promotions shall be conducted as twenty-three (23) Drawings with entry periods for twenty-three (23) Prizes identified in Table 2, below (each a “Secondary Promotion Entry Period”). The Grand Prize Entry Period and the Secondary Promotion Entry Periods detailed in Tables 1 and 2 below will each end at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Entry Period. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

The Flash Draw Promotions within the Secondary Promotions will also be conducted from time-to-time as a limited number of short-term Drawings with separate entry periods (“Flash Draw Entry Periods”). The Flash Draw Entry Periods (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries), and the Prize(s) available (including prize descriptions and any applicable restrictions), will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each Flash Draw Promotion. All Flash Draw Entry Periods will begin at the time and date publicised on the applicable Flash Draw Promotion’s marketing materials and will each end at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Flash Prize Entry Period. Omaze is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Enter:

Visit the Omaze.co.uk to utilize any of our methods of entry to enter this Promotion. For postal entries, please submit to Omaze Scrutineers - Wimbledon House Draw, Civica Election Services, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW (“Prize Draw Vendor”). All entries must be received before the applicable Entry Period end time/date to be valid. All Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Entry Period. To enter a Secondary Promotion in this Promotion (the Early Bird Promotion, Weekly Cash Promotions, and Flash Draw Promotions), individuals must enter the Grand-Prize Promotion during an applicable Secondary Promotion Entry Period identified in Section 4, Table 2, above, using any method of entry. All Participants who enter the Grand-Prize Promotion during an applicable Secondary Promotion Entry Period will automatically receive the same number of entries into such Secondary Promotion as the number of valid entries they received for the Grand Prize Promotion during the applicable Secondary Promotion Entry Period, up to the Secondary Promotion’s entry limit, as applicable.

6. Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Promotion, regardless of the method of entry.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process:

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process administered by the Prize Draw Vendor from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Omaze, Inc. ("Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedules in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

1. Grand Prize Promotion - Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) the advertised home located in Wimbledon (the “Property”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): £3,700,000 GBP), including home furnishings (ARV: £185,000 GBP); and (ii) £20,000 for first year running costs associated with the Property ((i) and (ii) collectively the “Grand Prize”). Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the winner of the Grand Prize in relation to their acceptance and use of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax and reasonable conveyancers fees. Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Grand Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

   The specifics of all elements of the Grand Prize in this Grand-Prize Promotion shall be solely determined by Promoter. Some restrictions may apply, and any Grand Prize elements not specifically described in this Section 10(a) may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value.

2. Secondary Promotion Prizes

   1. Early Bird Promotion Prize 1: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2022 model year Audi R8 Spyder (ARV £120,000 GBP).
   2. Early Bird Promotion Prize 2: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: (i) one (1) 2021 model year McLaren 720s Spider (ARV £275,000 GBP) (ii) £10,000 in cash for first year running costs associated with the car (iii) An Owner Road Car Track Experience from McLaren (ARV: £1,000)
   3. Early Bird Promotion Prize 3: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2021 model year BMW F90 M5 Competition (ARV £102,445 GBP)
   4. Weekly Cash Promotion Prizes: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner for each weekly Drawing outlined in Section 4, Table 2, above, for a total of twenty (20) Secondary Prize Winners for the Weekly Cash Prize Promotion: £1,000 GBP in cash payment.
   5. Flash Draw Promotion Prizes: For each Flash Draw Promotion Drawing, the Prize(s) available will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each Flash Draw Promotion, including prize descriptions and any applicable restrictions.

All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated in any way with Audi and McLaren or any of its affiliates.

Fundraising Transparency

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Promotion (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. “Net Proceeds” means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Promotion. We do not deduct our salaries or central overheads from the Donations. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw- Wimbledon Promotion, all Donations will be passed on to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (a registered charity in England and Wales (1160024)) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
