Omaze UK Limited (Omaze) offers an alternative means of entering into prize draws. The process for using this alternative means of entry is described in detail below. Just like the paid method of entering the prize draw, this alternative method requires you to accept all our terms and conditions, including the Official Rules and Experience Rules for this Promotion, which can be found here. On a blank sheet of paper, or postcard, write your full, legal name, address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, telephone number (optional), email address and which prize draw you want to enter. For example, 'Omaze Million Pound House Draw - Ascot'.
This needs to be written down in very clear writing otherwise the entry may be deemed invalid.
We have appointed Civica Election Services, formerly known as Electoral Reform Services (ERS), to collect all postal entries for this Promotion. Please send the sheet of paper in an envelope, or your postcard to the following address via either first or second class post to:
Omaze Scrutineers - Ascot House Draw
Civica Election Services
33 Clarendon Road
A maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be made this way. Once a postal entry has been processed it will be entered into the next available draw and all subsequent draws until the final Grand Prize drawing. For the avoidance of any doubt, if the postcard states that the entrant would like to enter the Omaze Million Pound House Draw - Ascot, and that entrant writes their details as described above, then just as with any one paid entry, this postcard would count for one entry into each applicable Early Bird Prize Draw, each applicable Weekly Cash Draw, and one entry into the Grand Prize Draw to win the Million Pound House. Postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries for the purposes of determining a winner. However, there is a difference in the deadlines for entries. All of our draws (Early Bird, Weekly Cash Draw & Grand Prize) close at 23:59:59 pm (GMT) on the online entry close date specified in the Experience Rules. The corresponding cut-off for postal entries will be that they are received and processed before 5:00pm on the following Tuesday (see Experience Rules for dates). Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any one paid entry. If a postal entry wins a prize there will be no further purchase or payment necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize. If the above steps are not followed as described then a postal entry will be invalid. You will not be notified if your entry is invalid.

Supporting Cancer Research UK
Omaze UK Limited is the promoter of the Ascot House Draw with Cancer Research UK (CRUK) being the charitable beneficiary, registered charity in England and Wales (1089464) and Scotland (SC041666). 80% of the net proceeds of the draw will go to the charity, with Omaze being paid 20%. It is expected that approximately £500,000 will be raised for the charity, which would mean Omaze being paid £125,000. Irrespective of sales, Omaze has guaranteed a minimum total payment of £100,000 for the charity. No purchase necessary. The Ascot House Draw closes on 30th January 2022.
