About Subscriptions
Ben Pott always entered the Omaze Million Pound House Draw for the chance to win life-changing prizes and support great causes. But for the Ascot House Draw, it slipped his mind. Luckily for Ben, his wife Becca remembered and on Friday 4th February 2022, team Omaze knocked on their door and changed their lives forever by letting them know they’d won an incredible house just an hour from London worth over £3,500,000. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When there are two house draws live at the same time, which one am I entered into?
When multiple House Draws are live, you’ll be assigned entries into any House Draws that are closing within the current calendar month.
For any House Draws that are live but are closing the following month, you’ll be given 60 entries as part of your next subscription renewal.
Do my entries count towards Early Bird Prizes?
Yes! Your entries are just like any other entries into our House Draws. Every entry gives you another chance to win our Early Bird Prizes, our Gift Card Prizes and the Grand Prize at the end of the draw. The benefit of subscriptions is that you don’t need to remember to enter the draws early, so you have a chance at winning every available prize from the date you sign up for every draw. It’s as simple as that!
Can I cancel instantly?
Yes! Simply login to your account and click Cancel Subscription, and next month you won’t be charged. Fancy a break instead of cancelling? Simply click Skip a Month.
Will I lose my entries if I cancel my subscription?
No. You will keep all your entries up to the date you have cancelled and they will be treated the same as any other entry.
Will I receive an Entry Code every month?
Yes. For every 60 entries you receive each month, you’ll get an entry code.
Where can I find my Entry Code?
You can find your Entry Code next to your purchase details in Your Account at omaze.co.uk
Can I still benefit from special offers?
Absolutely! You’ll still have access to the offers sent out on our emails. And keep your eyes peeled for some special subscriber-only offers too!
When am I charged every month?
When you sign up for an Omaze subscription, you’ll be charged a subscription fee at the time of your initial subscription and on the first of each calendar month thereafter.
For the first month of your Omaze subscription, it is possible there are no new draws at the time of your first renewal. If this is the case, your first renewal will be automatically skipped as there are no new draws to give you subscription entries towards.
Am I allowed to make single purchases while being a subscriber?
Absolutely! You’re always welcome to buy more entries on top of your subscription to increase your chances of winning but please only spend what you can afford.
What happens if my renewal fails?
If your renewal fails, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to rectify the problem. As soon as the problem is resolved, you’ll receive the 60 entries for all the House Draws closing in that month. You’ll then continue to receive 60 entries on the 1st of every month as before.
Can I have more than one subscription at the same time?
Yes you can.
Do I need an active account to be a subscriber?
No. You don’t have to have an account but it does make it a lot easier to access and view all your Entry Codes in one place, so we recommend it.
