The Omaze Marbella Superdraw - Holiday Villa and pool in the sun

We’ve styled and furnished this stunning holiday villa with beautiful pieces throughout and, as always, we’ve taken care of the mortgage, stamp duty and legal fees, so there’s nothing left for you to pay on it.

There are, of course, some running costs associated with owning this property. We’ve listed these below as accurately as we can.

We have estimated the running costs of the house (as of September 2022) to be 1000 per month based on:

  • Electricity: 450 per month
  • Hot water*: 200 per month
  • Garden/grounds maintenance: 250 per month
  • Homeowners’ Association** contribution: 100 per month

*Note that the pool is not heated. The maintenance cost would be determined by usage.

**The Homeowner's Association is an organisation that maintains the local area.

We know you’ll have additional costs associated with owning a house in Spain, such as flights, and that you might want to employ a cleaner or install additional security for a home that may not be your main residence. That’s why we’re giving away £250,000 to help with your peace of mind.

If you win this luxury villa, moving in is just one option. Once it’s yours you get to decide what works best for you - moving in, renting out or selling up.
