There are, of course, some running costs associated with owning this property. We’ve listed these below as accurately as we can.
We have estimated the running costs of the house (as of September 2022) to be €1000 per month based on:

- Garden/grounds maintenance: €250 per month
- Homeowners’ Association** contribution: €100 per month

The villa’s short term rental income is estimated to be €8000 to €10,000 per week and its long term rental income is estimated to be €8,000 to €10,000 per month. AirBnb income is estimated to be between €10,000 and €15,000 per month, depending on the season.
