Because we're exploring new ways of fundraising, we're complementing, not competing with charities' existing fundraising sources.

Charities have traditionally relied on time-intensive charity galas that run a few times a year. Being a fundraising platform means we can mobilise quickly and reach a bigger audience. This all amounts to us raising more money, faster by using the power of the internet to crowdfund significant new sources of funding that charities would not otherwise reach.

The truth is, there are a lot of good people out there. All we do is bring them together. We rarely pay our celebrity partners and we cover all the costs of our campaigns upfront so there's no cost or risk to our charity partners. But it's not just about money, it's about raising awareness too. Our model helps to create a community that's inspired to support our charity partners in new and exciting ways now and in the future.
4. It Has a Big Impact
Our model democratises traditional auction-giving by offering everyone the chance to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience or prize. Through the Omaze platform, people from more than 180 countries have made donations that support over 350 charities, driving substantial levels of awareness for their work, and significantly more money than traditional methods. In fact, we've raised over £100 million in just 8 years.
5. It's a Win-Win
