Stephen R. from Tyne and Wear is this week’s winner of our £1,000 Weekly Cash Draw. We caught up with Stephen to find out how it feels to win.
How do you feel about winning £1,000 in cash?
I am absolutely over the moon with winning the weekly prize, it couldn’t have come at a better time! I am also very glad to see so much of my entry going to such a good cause. I also have my finger crossed for the rest of the draw and want to wish everyone good luck.
What tempted you to enter the Omaze Million Pound House Draw?
I had been thinking about entering a prize draw, but wasn’t sure what or where to enter. When I came across the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, and had seen it was in support of Teenage Cancer Trust, I did a little research on Omaze and decided it is the one I would enter.
What would you do if you won the house?
If I won the Omaze Million Pound House I would like to have close family and friends round for a Christmas party (provided restrictions would allow it). In the long term I would absolutely love to live in it, however I think I would be better suited to renting it out for the time being. I would possibly sell. Even so, anything to come of the house would be toward my daughters future and my retirement, when I reach that stage.
Had you heard about Teenage Cancer Trust before you entered?
I had heard of Teenage Cancer Trust before, but I wasn’t aware that they are involved in this draw. I came across Omaze and this draw over a Facebook ad.
So, how are you going to spend the £1,000?
I am currently having a kitchen fitted in mine and my daughters new home, and this prize would take a nice chunk of the cost away.
